Health Insurance

We offer a very competitive health insurance package comprised of two comprehensive health plans for you to choose from.

Blue Cross Blue Shield

The Innova plan gives you flexibility in choice of health care providers and also comes with vision coverage provided by Vision Service Plan (VSP).

Kaiser Permanente

Kaiser Permanente provides a deductible HMO medical plan that includes vision as well.

Dental

Two providers offer Dental coverage: Delta Dental and Kaiser.

Other Coverage

In addition to the above, employees will also have access to coverage for chiropractic, acupuncture, naturopathy, chemical dependence, and mental health services.

Life Insurance

While all employees are provided with a basic life insurance plan at no cost, we do provide the option for additional coverage through a supplemental life insurance provider at competitive rates.

Disability

Short and long-term disability benefits are provided to all employees at no cost.

Employee Assistance

You and your family will also have access to our Employee Assistance Program; a confidential service provided by a third party that gives you access to a multitude of resources and 24-hour counseling to help and assist through many of life's challenges.

Time Off Program

Time Off Program (TOP) hours accrue each pay period and may be used for vacation, sick time and/or other personal needs. Your TOP hours begin accruing at a set rate the day you start work and may be used immediately. TOP hours do carry over from year to year and while there is a maximum limit to how many hours can be accrued, hours in excess of this limit are simply paid back to the employee.

We also observe nine holidays each year. These include:
