We offer a competitive compensation package at WaferTech that includes a lot more than just a base salary. WaferTech offers profit sharing, a long-term cash incentive, and a recognition and awards program. All can have a dramatic effect on your total compensation.

Total Compensation

Speaking of total compensation, once you have worked at WaferTech for a full calendar year, we provide an annual Total Compensation Report that is quite comprehensive. It is a powerful tool that provides visibility to all of the compensation and benefits you received in the prior year.

Recognition Program

The goal of the Employee Recognition Program is to recognize noteworthy employee performance and achievements in support of a Department or site goal. The program encourages your peers and managers to nominate you for performance recognition and monetary awards. In addition, to these performance awards, WaferTech recognizes employees’ length of service with the company. To recognize our employees’ commitment, these awards are granted for 3, 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of continued service.
