From our Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA) matrices to Education Reimbursement, the learning and development opportunities at WaferTech will go a long way towards helping you succeed.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA)

KSA Matrices are intended to be general guidelines for the basic expectations of experience, education, skills, and judgments at each position level within the various types of job paths. They are designed to provide a clearly defined job progression. Of course, it's not as simple as just following a "to-do" checklist, but it does provide excellent guidance.

Computer-Based Training

Computer-based training is a key component of your career development at WaferTech. This learning strategy has been specifically designed to make important training available in an on-demand basis so you can get the learning as you need it.

Technical Training

For those in a more technical role the computer-based training above, combined with On-The-Job (OJT) training, helps ensure that you have all of the resources you need to be successful at WaferTech. Additionally, almost 200 checklists are available for a wide range of positions to provide visibility of the technical requirements that are needed for your specific position.

Learning Assistance

In addition to all the on-site training above, the Education Reimbursement Program provides financial assistance to employees taking approved course work, undergraduate and graduate degree programs, graduate certificate programs, and approved professional training and certification.
