While in Training

Training plan is a 3 month minimum and a 4 month expectation After Successful Completion of Training
  $10.00 Base Wage $10.50
Regular Built-in Overtime

All Specialists & Operators work a 12-hour shift.

Overtime is paid after 10 hours each day

 

Shift Differential Pay

Employees working a 12-hour shift will receive an additional premium based on their assigned shift.

At the successful completion of the Training Plan, employees will receive a $.50 per hour adjustment to recognize the accomplishment. The training plan is a 3-month minimum employment requirement and a 4-month expectation. Additional information regarding program criteria will be distributed to individuals after an offer of employment has been extended and accepted.

Our total compensation package also includes discretionary bonuses that are based on WaferTech profitability, production levels, and individual and team performance.
