Our Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) Programs are designed to provide a safe workplace, prevent incidents, minimize environmental impacts and pollution, and assure compliance with applicable regulations. | Involve Working to ensure our employees and contractors are actively involved in our programs; Assess Conducting EH&S assessments of activities on the site and taking the necessary actions to control identified risks and hazards; Comply Complying with legal and other applicable requirements to which we subscribe, while striving to exceed all; Manage Ensuring managers establish a positive EH&S culture by taking responsibility, leading by example, and responding to behaviors appropriately; Improve Continually improving our production and management processes to prevent accidents and pollution, while taking into account our significant environmental aspects, technological capabilities and business needs; Review Setting and reviewing our policies, objectives and targets at least annually, and addressing all issues promptly; Promote Promoting innovation, awareness and EH&S best practices company-wide, and being a good corporate citizen; Educate Training our employees and contractors on EH&S requirements and their responsibilities.
