Visiting WaferTech

WaferTech is located at 5509 NW Parker Street, Camas, WA 98607. Our 260-acre site is about 15 minutes from the Portland International Airport (PDX) and easily accessed. Appointments are advisable, and in most cases, required.

Driving Directions

Take Interstate 205 to Highway 14 EAST (Camas Exit)
Follow Highway 14 EAST to 192nd Avenue Interchange
After crossing over Highway 14 overpass, turn RIGHT at the light onto Brady Road as it heads NORTH/NORTHEAST and becomes Parker Street
Follow Parker Street NORTH past Pacific Rim Blvd. and 15th/20th Street
Turn LEFT on WaferTech Drive at 5509 NW Parker St.
Visitor Parking is located in Center Lot
