A premium of $.50 per hour is provided to Specialists and Operators during periods of high productivity requirements for the Company based on loading and productivity targets.

All Specialists & Operators work a 12-hour shift.

Overtime is paid after 10 hours each day

 

Shift Differential Pay

Employees working a 12-hour shift will receive an additional premium based on their assigned shift.

·         At the successful completion of the Training Plan, employees will receive a $.50 per hour adjustment to recognize the accomplishment.  The training plan is a 3-month minimum employment requirement and a 4-month expectation.  Additional information regarding program criteria will be distributed to individuals after an offer of employment has been extended and accepted.
