the successful completion of the Training Plan, employees will receive a $.50
per hour adjustment to recognize the accomplishment. The training plan is a 3-month minimum employment requirement and
a 4-month expectation. Additional
information regarding program criteria will be distributed to individuals after
an offer of employment has been extended and accepted.
