    Responsibilities:

    • Sustain daily production operations in Diffusion, Implant and CMP

    • Support continuous yield and quality improvement and Department KPI

    Requirements:

     

    • Understanding of diffusion process/equipment and metrology inspection tools

    • Understanding of process flow for products

    • Concept of process recovery

    • Teamwork and Ownership

    • Flexibility

    • Good oral and written communication

    • Regular attendance

     

    Years of Related Experience/Educational Preferences:

    • Technical Associate Degree

    • 2 – 3 years related experience preferred
