    Job Summary:


    WaferTech has a new opportunity  for an Etch Equipment Technician. In this role you will be responsible for supervising the Etch Parts Clean group and handling all the Etch Parts Clean activities.  You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a cleanroom setting while performing detailed electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance work on Etch tools.  You will support Fab floor chamber & platform basic maintenance on Etch tools if needed.  Must be able to work M-F / 8-5.  Our ideal candidate will possess excellent teambuilding skills and demonstrate WaferTech's Core Values of Integrity, Customer Partnership, Innovation, and Commitment.

    Responsibilities:


    • Supervising Etch parts clean group.

    • Receiving/shipping Etch process kits between WaferTech and Parts Clean Vendor.

    • Parts/Kits management.

    • Deal with Parts Clean Vendor for any parts relative issues.

    • Etch EE tool chamber consumable parts cost control..

    • Etch EE parts clean control system development & management.

    Requirements:


    • Excellent oral and written communication and computer skills.

    • Basic understanding of Etch semiconductor equipment strongly preferred.

    • Basic problem solving skills and troubleshooting knowledge (electrical and mechanical) of Etch platform.

    • Detail oriented and self motivated individual.

    • Team player with the ability to coach and mentor other parts clean members.

    Years of Related Experience/Educational Preferences:


    • Associates degree, or equivalent coursework and/or 2 + years Fab experience required

    • 2 years + group lead/supervisor experience.
