Job Summary:
WaferTech is seeking a Failure Analysis Operator to
join our team. In this position you will work with equipment and process
engineers to resolve fab related issues and routine monitors and perform some
basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance tasks on equipment. Must be
flexible to work any shift on a compressed 12-hour shift structure.
Some overtime, including holidays, may be required. Our ideal candidate will

Responsibilities:

Interface with fab engineers, work on individual cases, and supply finished
reports of analysis.

Operation of scanning electron microscope, focused ion beam, optical
microscopes and other small equipment.

Some
work with chemicals in a hooded environment.
Requirements:

Semiconductor process flow knowledge for various technologies.

Ability to work under a microscope, at a computer monitor, or stand performing
repetitious tasks for long periods.

Strong
technical writing and documentation skills.

Highly
self motivated and flexible in working hours and duties.

Ability to work with little or no direct supervision and tenacity to ensure
completion of projects is essential.
- Excellent team work
skills and the ability to take direction from more then one source.
Years of Related Experience/Educational
Preferences:
- High School Diploma or
a GED is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in the US
long-term. No sponsorship is provided for this position.
