    Job Summary:

    Wafertech, A TSMC Company, has an opportunity for a new college graduate to join our Office System Services team as a Network Engineer. This is a full time M-F position which requires carrying a pager.  The candidate must be able to respond to pages within 30 minutes.  This candidate will utilize their education to administer network, UNIX, Windows, and telephone and paging systems. You will also administer system security and conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting and disaster recovery activities.     Responsibilities:

     
    • Administration of network, UNIX and Windows.
    • Administration of Telephone and Paging system.
    • Performance tuning, troubleshooting and disaster recovery.
    • Administration of system security.

     

    Requirements:

    • Basic knowledge with network, UNIX and Windows.

    • Strong problem solving, communication, planning, documentation, customer service skills and teamwork skills.

    • On-call rotation in a 24X7 manufacturing environment.

    • Experience with Cisco devices, Solaris, AIX, HPUX and any enterprise backup solutions preferred.

    Years of Related Experience/Educational Preferences:

    • Bachelors Degree required - New College Graduates are encouraged to apply.

    • Must have the ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
