    Job Summary:

    WaferTech is always interested in hearing from goal oriented and results driven individuals for current and future openings.  As a Sr. Process Engineer you are responsible for sustaining and development engineering in fast-paced semiconductor, manufacturing Etch area.  You will also improve and enhance etch processes, which includes constant problem solving, data analysis, and system setup.     Responsibilities:

    • Sustain daily production operations.

    • Continuous yield and quality improvement.

    •  New process invention and problem solving

    • Develop and execute manufacturing process cost reduction programs

    Requirements:

    • Proficent understanding of Photo production equipment, electrical measurement and inspection tools.

    • Understanding of process flow for products.

    • SPC/FMEA/6Sigma Concept knowledge

    • Teamwork skills in assigned department and cross functionally.

    • Good oral and written communication.

    • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite.

    • Leadership skills.

    • Flexibility.

     

    Years of Related Experience/Educational Preferences:

    • BS degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Material Science.

    • Minimum 8 years semiconductor processing experience in Etch area, prefer metal etching and wet bench experience.
