Job Summary:

The primary function is production equipment operation and integrated circuit manufacturing. Produce high quality products according to the production schedule. 12-hour shift structure - must be able to work any shift on a compressed shift schedule. Shift structure is a 4/3/3/4 work week (4 days on/3 days off one week, 3 days on/4 days off the following week). Position is in a cleanroom environment wearing cleanroom garments and protective eye-wear. Cosmetics and make-up not allowed in cleanroom environment.

Pay/Benefits :

• $10.00/hour (eligible for a $0.50 increase upon successful completion of company training program, usually within the first 6 months)      Click here to see how it adds up

• Qualifying, operating, monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment

• SPC tracking

• Wafer Inspection

• Production schedule management
