The choice is yours. In addition to vision coverage, WaferTech offers all regular, full-time employees the choice among multiple medical and dental plans. If you compare the coverages and costs, we think you'll agree WaferTech's Medical, Vision and Dental plans are among the best.
In addition, WaferTech employees may also participate in the Flexible Spending Account program, which allows employees to pay for certain out-of-pocket medical or dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars through a payroll deduction plan.

You'll receive company paid life and disability insurance. You'll also have the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance for yourself, spouse and/or dependent children.

Savings/Investment

401(k) Plan

At WaferTech, employees have the option of investing their 401(k) contributions (up to 60% of salary) in one or more of 20 investment funds. In addition, WaferTech will match 100 percent of the first 3 percent of wages contributed to the plan and 50% of the next 3% of wages contributed to the plan.

WaferTech observes nine holidays each year. Additionally, WaferTech allows employees to exercise some flexibility in how they may use time away from work. Our Time Off Program (TOP) hours accrue each pay period and may be used for vacation, sick time and/or other personal needs.
