Get to know the Area

An Excellent Place to Live

One of the benefits of working at WaferTech is our great location in the Pacific Northwest.

We invite you to learn more about the area, schools, housing, cultural events, entertainment, outdoors and more. Take a look. We're sure you'll agree this is an excellent place to live and work.

Where is WT Located?
WaferTech is located in the small city of Camas, Washington, 20 miles outside of Portland, Oregon, within the Pacific Northwest's Silicon Forest. Camas is just minutes from Vancouver, Washington, winner of the prestigious All America City award, and Portland, Oregon, which frequently gets voted as a "best U.S. city in which to live." We have views of magnificent Mount Hood to the east, Mount St. Helens to the north, and the Columbia River to the south.
The Portland-Vancouver metropolitan region boasts challenging golf courses, scenic nature trails and award-winning restaurants. Windsurfing and year-round skiing are an hour's drive to the east. The Pacific Ocean and its beaches await to the west and the Columbia River is right at your doorstep.
