| Learning Resources At WaferTech, you'll find more than 190 different classroom and computer-based-training courses, plus on-the-job training, that will allow you to meet your operational, technical and professional development goals. WaferTech employees have easy access to training information via our company Intranet and can enroll in courses through our on-line employee self-service (ESS) portals. An electronic training management system tracks and records all courses, training and certification requirements, which form the basis of individual training plans. |

| Performance Management & Development (PMD) Performance Management and Development (PMD), WaferTech's annual performance review process, provides a formal opportunity for each employee and manager to discuss past performance and set goals for the future. The PMD process aims to foster personal accountability and partnership between employees and managers by encouraging ongoing cooperation and communication, and focusing on timely and specific actions to develop and maximize performance potential. |
