Employee Assistance Program WaferTech provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all regular employees and their families. The EAP is a counseling and referral program, provided independently, that offers confidential and personal access to licensed professionals in psychology, social work and counseling. |

Wellness Program The goal of WaferTech's wellness program is to create an environment supportive of positive health practices and offer employees opportunities to learn skills needed for their health, well being and morale. Programs include “Everyday Fitness” and “Weight Management” as well as reimbursements for sport teams formed by employees. |

On-Site Fitness Center WaferTech's on-site Fitness Center contains a variety of exercise equipment and weights. The center is available for use 24 hours a day by all WaferTech employees. |

On-Site Cafeteria Whether it's the Chef's Special, the Breakfast Grill or the Healthy Choice Entree, WaferTech employees can select from a wide variety of self-serve and made-to-order breakfast and lunch offerings in our on-site Cafeteria. |
